[close] Horizon Community Where Books Become Conversations. Horizon Community is a reader engagement community created to connect intentional readers with meaningful books and the authors behind them, with a particular focus on nonfiction. We believe a book's impact should not end when it is published. Great books deserve opportunities to be discovered, discussed, questioned, reflected upon, and remembered. Through our professionally coordinated Reader Spotlight Experiences, we create structured spaces where readers can engage deeply with books and, where possible, connect directly with their authors. Our experiences go beyond traditional book promotion. We facilitate guided discussions, reader reflections, author engagement, moderated conversations, reading resources, creative content, and continued community discussion designed to give books a longer and more meaningful life. For authors, Horizon provides a transparent alternative to conventional promotional arrangements. Authors do not pay for positive reviews, predetermined opinions, or guaranteed outcomes. Selected authors contribute toward the production and coordination of their Reader Spotlight Experience, helping cover the real work and resources required to create meaningful engagement around their book. We don't sell opinions. We create the environment for genuine ones. At Horizon, readers bring their curiosity and honest perspectives, authors bring their stories and ideas, and together we create conversations that can extend far beyond the final page. Read. Reflect. Engage. Connect.
